Books

This is the pile of books we read this morning after we smeared peanut butter on Mac. I was so mad I didn't think to take a picture of Mac. I had to give him a bath. I should clarify, Landon smeared the peanut butter. I did not. I was in the bathroom minding my own my business! Landon wasn't supposed to be able to reach the peanut butter sandwich on the counter until I came out to give it to him. It's amazing what damage he can do in two minutes time.

Rileigh is mesmorised (sp?) by the ceiling fan in my bedroom.

How cute is this sleeper? Rileigh is awake for longer periods of time now, just looking around. In these pics she is looking at the mobile hanging above the swing and at Landon!

So, I bought Landon new shoes today. Size 9's! Compare them to Rileigh's new shoes! Both kids have PaPa feet but Landon's look just huge!!

Where is Landon?

Landon has Curious George Bubbles, nothing special other than they are in a Curious George bottle and Landon LOVES Curious George. But, he thinks they are special. They do bubble up nicely!

Landon and I had a nice day together. We left the house around noon and went to McDonald's for a cheeseburger. We were going to play in the playground but the roof was leaking and there was water dripping down through one of the tubes. None of the other parents seemed concerned but my child was not playing in that! So we went to the mall and played in the bouncy playground. It was only $5 for 30 minutes and well worth it. He had so much fun and I wished like mad I'd had my camera with me.

Then we walked the mall, bought Landon two new pairs of shoes, and a few things for Rileigh. Then he fell asleep while I took some toys to Goodwill and drove to Suffolk. I returned a pair of shoes at the downtown Suffolk Payless I bought in the mall but forgot to return when we where there. They were too big for Landon. Then we went to school. Landon was very helpful in organizing the 5th grade instruments. We cleaned up the band room a bit and left the kids a note that said they better clean up after themselves because I'm coming back this week and demerits will be issued if the band room looks like it did today. Landon wrote on my dry erase boards while I cleaned up the uniform room. He was very helpful in taking a chair out to the band room from the uniform room and he enjoyed climbing up and down my step stool! We got home after looking at Christmas lights about 6:30 p.m. What a nice day!

He is now, obviously, in the bathtub and should be pretty tired and ready for bed. Rileigh spent the day with Daddy and seems to be ok! : )

Thank you very much for my first ever PSU bib! It's my first of anything PSU, as a matter of fact! You're the best and I appreciate you thinking of me.
