A tired T-Rex gets a ride!

The T-Rex eating his 9th sucker of the day! Yep, he didn't go to bed until after 10 p.m.! Let's hope he sleeps in a bit!

Trick or Treat!

Getting our costume on!

Wild T-Rex scares small wiener dog with big roar!

Trick or treating with Mrs. Bowen across the street!

Trick or treating with Miss Sherri next door!

Wild T-Rex enjoying a sucker whilst on the prowl for more goodies!

Pumpkin Carving!

Landon will pick up worms, eat dirt, and other various gross things but would not scoop out pumpkin guts!

So, this is the pumpkin that Momma carved! Same face I do every year. My friend's husband carved the ECU pirate into her pumpkin. I'm hiring him next year to do a Nittany Lion!

Just a cute pudding face picture!

Beautiful fall day

So we played at home in the garage for a bit and then Landon and I went to the dump. We stopped by the park on the way home. We spent well over an hour there. Here are some videos from our day!

Landon watched a boy roll down the hill and thought he should try it too. He rolled and rolled!

Landon found a metronome in my purse, don't ask, I don't know why it was in there, perhaps just because I'm a band director. Anyway, he's enjoyed playing with it. He wouldn't give it up when it was time for his nap today and this is what I found when I went to check on him. I guess 92 beats per minute is just right for snoozing!

Rileigh moving

You will either think this is cool or it will gross you out! Rileigh moves way more than Landon and he was a mover!

Random pictures

So I found this cool website that kids can use. It has different "games" for little ones to play. Landon was playing the choo choo game. Any key he hits on the keyboard will do different things to the choo choo; blow the whistle, make it move, blow steam, pop up different animals in the cab, etc... There's lots of different little games like that. Landon had fun for a bit and then got too sleepy to do much more with it!

We went yesterday afternoon to pick out our new pumpkins. We got much bigger ones and then two little ones. We originally paid $9 for our first two that some creep stole off of our front porch and smashed in the street. We paid $12 for these four! Landon, of course, picked out his bumpy pumpkin. I had to carry it around because it was way too heavy for him and he had his hands full with the two little ones! He had a lot of fun picking out pumpkins again, looking for ones with good handles! Every time we drive by he wants to stop.

The final product...

I added more decals. It looks cute, I think anyway!

The little room sign I got from ebay!

The new crib skirt which I like MUCH better than the other one!

The new lamp shade. I think I will replace the lamp itself before Rileigh is born.

I do think she'll be quite comfy in her new room.

I have a cute video too but blogger sucks and won't load it. So you'll just have to enjoy the pictures!

My Little Handyman!

Landon loves to tinker around in the garage with our tools. Don't worry, we've put the dangerous ones up high! He found a tool belt so we had to put it on. He put his tools in it and wore it around until bedtime!

PaPa, aren't you proud? You can teach him all kinds of tool related stuff next time you come for a visit! He likes to hammer and use the screwdriver!

Funny Boy

So, Rob is cleaning and organizing his hunting stuff. He put this on Landon and he wore it around for quite some time. How funny!

He's coloring while wearing this!

A few more room pics.

I really like this switch plate.

Because I was facing the window, the flash wouldn't go off. I have decided not to use sheers and bought this cute valance that matches. The rocking chair was given to me by my Aunt Jan and I used it in Landon's room too. No need to change the fabric since it's green!

Rileigh's closet. I got everything down from the attic that we need last night. I also washed all the covers to things; the bouncer, the carseat, the bath tub insert, etc... I bought a pack of newborn diapers today and put into the diaper stacker. I also bought the floor lamp.

I will post final pictures when it's all done. I've had fun getting her room ready. I kind of wish now I would have bought a cute bedding set instead of mixing and matching but really, she will use it for so little time.

More progress still

This is the outside of Rileigh's room from the hallway.

The crib area. I took back the crib skirt I had bought. If I can't find another one I like we'll just go without. Once we start to lower the crib mattress you can't really see the skirt anyway. You can see the table lamp is missing a shade. I need to find one I can use with florescent light bulbs. I'm going to check out Lowes one day this week.

The big wall. I don't think I like this now. I think I should have done the decals all over the wall and not just the upper half. Please give me your opinions in the comments section. I can buy more decals or I can probably redo the ones I have and spread them out more to cover the entire wall.

The closet door.

A nice fall day...

The usual cheese face!

He wanted water in his pool so badly but I was able to convince him it was too chilly to go swimming!

So we played in the sand box for a long time! I would make molds of turtles and fish and he would smash them while laughing manically!

This is the first time we have gotten this blower to actually make bubbles.
I put dish soap into the regular bubbles, must be the secret!

I love this picture!

Baby Shower!

So, Susan and Alex were in town and we all went to Olive Garden to celebrate Gabe's 4th birthday. I didn't know we were also going to celebrate Rileigh. My in laws gave us some very, very awesome gifts for her. The clothes are bigger sizes, things she can wear in the spring and next summer. Really cute stuff!!!

Landon loves this soft pink blanket. In fact, he's napping right now with it! I was trying to get a cute picture of him wearing one of Rileigh's new hooded towels but this was the best I could get!
