More, more, and more snow!!

Landon had so much fun. I'm glad it will stay cold so he can play outside tomorrow.

Rileigh stayed inside after her bath and enjoyed the pretty view!

More and more snow!!

More snow!

Getting ready to head out!

Outside in the snow!

SNOW!!

So we got all dressed to go out and play in the snow but had to eat lunch first. Landon wore this hat all morning, even though it's far too small for his big noggin!

These pictures were taken about noon. I'll take more this evening to compare but the wind has been blowing so I'm sure some has drifted. I think we're at 6-7 inches right now.

Bath time!

Whatchew talkin' 'bout, Willis?

Rileigh used to scream through her entire bath but now she loves it!

All clean and happy!

Bumbo!

So, little Miss Rileigh is great at holding her head up at just shy of 10 weeks old. Last night I thought I'd see how she did in the Bumbo. She loves it!

Here we are today watching football!

Rainy Day Fun

It's raining *again* here in southern Virginia. So while Rileigh snoozes in her swing Landon and I are trying to keep busy. While I'm updating their blog Landon is washing dishes for me. I strip him down, line the area with dish towels, turn the water on low, give him some soap and dishes and he's good for at least 30 minutes!

Cousins Jen, Brian and Sami gave Landon this finger painting set for Christmas. It's special paint that only shows up on the paper. We had a fun time painting. We painted Landon's initials, made hearts, moons, and stars! Thank you Jen, Brian, and Sami!!

The finished product.

Rileigh at 9 weeks

Ohhh, a football. Rileigh is practicing watching the football for Penn State's football season next fall!

Doctor appointment

Today Rileigh had her 2 month doctor appointment. She weighs 10 lb, 12 oz., is 23 1/4 inches long and her head is 15 1/4 inches around. She's a growing girl. The best part is she's grown this much on breast milk with minimal supplementation of formula. I've worked so hard to be able to breast feed and am thrilled she's thriving on my milk.

Landon kissing her belly!

My beautiful children

Looking cute in red. She's been sleeping a lot this afternoon. I think her shots have made her sleepy. Right now, she's sleeping in her swing.

Rileigh's first walk

Monday was an absolutely beautiful day, in the low 60's and sunny. I decided it was a perfect day for Rileigh and I to take our first stroller ride. We walked through our neighborhood and then across the street to the next neighborhood. We walked about 4 miles.

Rileigh was out like a light after the first half mile! The car has the same effect on her.

Splashing to the marina

We heard a twittering in a tree and looked up to see a squirrel enjoying a nut.

The marina was clear as we stepped out onto the pier. We walked out to see the boats and as we were walking back the fog really started to roll in.
