Christmas morning and you think he's excited to see what Santa brought him, right? Wrong! He's excited to see the fire in the fireplace.

Jammie time!
Landon looks so cute in his jammies! He loves to rearrange the ornaments on the tree. We had such a fun weekend and I can't wait until Friday. It's my last day of school for a couple of weeks so Landon and I can hang out all of the time. Hopefully the weather stays somewhat warm so we can spend a lot of time outside. His cold is getting better. I think being out in the fresh air yesterday actually helped him. He woke up booger free this morning!
Outside
So, after reading the morning paper, we went outside to clean up the yard for the winter. Daddy and Landon bagged leaves while Mommy raked leaves from the flower beds, cut off dead flowers, and weeded. Mommy also dug up the hosta plants in the bed by the back door, cut down small trees growing in the azaleas, & picked up sticks. Phew! We all slept well last night!
Breakfast
So, Daddy made Landon breakfast on Sunday morning. He made eggs and what I thought was toast with red and green food coloring on it, festive, right? Well.... the food coloring was on... chopped up banana! Banana's don't soak up food coloring. Daddy put two drops on each piece of banana so not only were the banana's festive but also Landon. It's ok, Daddy tried.

New Hat
So, we did a little Christmas shopping on Saturday evening. We window shopped too. We saw a cute hat and mittens set in Old Navy for $10.00 We put the hat on Landon and he wore it around the store, mittens attached to the top. We decided since he kept it on we should buy it. It was only $5.00 when it rung up, even better! He wore his new hat all the way home!

Boots
So after Landon's bath last night he wanted to put his boots on. Grammie and Grandpa bought the boots for him because they were too cute to pass up. Landon wears a size 6 and these are 8's! No matter to him. So we put his boots on, put our coats on, and walked all the way down our street looking at Christmas lights! We passed our nice neighbor, Mr. Allen who wanted to know what we were doing outside in our pajama's in the dark. Landon kissed his dog on the nose, the dog growled and we said good night and came back inside! A fun 30 minutes in the dark in our jammies and camo boots!
Landon is back to rearranging the ornaments after our foray outside!
